冷やし中華

夏は冷し中華よね

私はいつも中華三昧の涼麺で作ります。
中華三昧の麺はすごく美味しいっすよ！ツルツルシコシコ！たれも旨！

具は酒と塩と少しの醤油で作った錦糸玉子と胡瓜にトマトに茹鶏、飾りに水菜。あ、麺と一緒にもやしを茹でるのも忘れずに！
茹鶏よりチャーシューのが好きなのですが、今回は妥協。


こないだ行った某所の中華料理屋さんのは、玉子が甘い卵焼きだったんですが、あれはショッキングでした。やっぱ錦糸玉子よねー
